Schola Cantorum - Audiens
"This is hands-down one of the most spectacular-sounding choral SACDs I have ever heard; the sound is vibrant, palpable, beautifully balanced, and thrilling. This would all go for naught if the music was bad, but it is anything but."

"Schola Cantorum project with a radiant, crisply nuanced choral sound. Whitacre's Leonardo Dreams of his Flying Machine is proof of that: ricocheting from the opening 'tutti' chord, sub-groupings of variously shaded female voices are revealed like evver smaller Russian Dolls, an effect few choirs could nail with such precision."

"This is a phenomenal disc. As editor of a review column for a professional music monthly, I get the chance to sample dozens of recordings every month, most of them choral music. Something like "Audiens" only crosses my desk once every four or five years."

Choral sound in world class
"A quality album until the final note, and it occurs to one that conductor Tone Bianca Dahl must have a special ability to get the singers to perform maximum.

Inspiring! (The Choir. Singing - leading - communicating)
"One doesn't learn to direct from this book, but if you need to be reminded about musical enjoyment and communication, The Choir is the book for you. Tone Bianca Dahl has written a book primarily adressed to conductors, but it can successfully also be used by students and singers."
